Acronym: VMQ

Main Features: No affected by temperature changes, excellent insulator and when properly formulated perfect no - toxicity and possibility of conductive grades.

Working Temperature: -65°C - +200°C special series to 300°

Hardness Range: from +20 to +90 ShA

Chemical Resistance: Buona in acqua e soluzioni acquose, all'esposizione ad agenti atmosferici, ozono e raggi U.V. oli vegetali, animali e glicoli.

Fluorosilicone
Trifluoropropylmethylvinylpolysiloxane

Acronym: FVMQ

Main Features: Similar to silicon but with higher chemical resistance againts lubrificant oil etc...

Working Temperature: -55°C - +200°C with picks to 300°

Hardness Range: from 20 to +80 ShA

Chemical Resistance: Good in aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, ozone and UV, fair in petroil.

Fluorocarbons Rubber
Hexafluoropropylen Vinylidenfluoride Tetrafluoroethylene

Acronym: FPM/FKM

Main Features: Excellent resistance against chemical agents, lubrificants, heat and flames. Outstanding behaviour to compression set.Excellent behaviour in ozone and UV rays

Working Temperature: -25°C - +280°C Special Grades 300° -30°C / -40°C

Hardness Range: from 50 to +90 ShA

Chemical Resistance: Special chemicals agents for which excellent resistance in a wide temp. Range are: aliphatic, chlorinated, aromatic, hydrocarbons, fuel, mineral and vegetal oils and fats, hydraulic fluids and general.

Perfluorinated Rubber
Tetrafluoroethylene Perflurinated Fluorocarbon Rubber

Acronym: FFKM

Main Features: Excellent chemical resistance againts low molecolar weight aldehydes and ketons.

Working Temperature: -125°C - +310°C

Hardness Range: from 70 to +90 ShA

Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance in aldehydes and keton.

Aflas®
Copolymer Tetrafluoroethylene Propylene

Acronym: TFE/P

Main Features: Charatteristic similar to flourocarbon compounds,with higer chemical resistance i special enviroments. Steam, basic oils.

Working Temperature: -20°C - +280°C

Hardness Range: from 60 to +90 ShA

Chemical Resistance: In additing to chemical agents for fluorocarbon compound, good resistance to satured stram up to 180/200°C,acids and strong mineral bases and their solution.

International Flag: NR

Features: Oustanding elasticity,fatigue resistance,shear strenght and tear strenght. Excellent elongation at break.

Working Temperature: -70°C - +80°C

Chemical Resistance: Fair resistance to sea water,acids,and babes of medium concentration.

Copolymer Butadiene Stirene 

International Flag: SBR

Features: Irrelevant properties, sufficiently cheap. Good resistance against brake fluids.

Working Temperature: -40°C - +100°C

Chemical Resistance: Slightly superior to NR. Good resistance against brake fluids.

Copolimero Butadiene Acrilonitrile  

International Flag: NBR

Features: Outstanding resistance to oils heat, and ageing.Good Mechanical properties. Low compression set and low permeability to gas.

Working Temperature: -50°C - +130°C

Chemical Resistance: Minerals oils, Hydrocarbons, eater, vapours, gas, vegetal oils.

Ethyl acrylate copolymer 

International Flag: ACM

Features: Better resistance to oils and temperature than NBR. (Anti-Oil)

Working Temperature: -40°C - +165°C

Chemical Resistance: Aliphatic oils, heat, oxygen, onzone.

Hydrogenated Nitrile 

International Flag: HNBR

Features: Excellent field of mechanical values. Excellent abrasion resistance. Good compression set. Good ageing behaviour.

Working Temperature: -40°C - +150°C

Chemical Resistance: Mineral oils,hydrocarbons,water,vapours,gas,vegetal oils

International Flag: CR

Features: Fair resistance to oils. Excellent resistence to ozone sea water and ageing.Good shear strength, abrasion and combustion resistance.

Working Temperature: -50°C - +120°C

Chemical Resistance: Petroleum derivatives, sun light and atmospheric agents, ozone, flame.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpene 

International Flag: EPDM

Features: Basically similar to EPM.

Working Temperature: -60°C - +150°C

Chemical Resistance: Basically similar to EPM.
